Applications for membership shall be made to the Association on the prescribed form (Download Here) and submitted to the Secretary with the relevant prescribed fees:
- For full membership $2,000
- For associate membership registered:
- Student of pharmacy $1,000
- Pharmacy intern $1,500
- Pharmacy assistant $1,000
- Companies, persons & organizations $5,000
Upon acceptance as a member of the GPA, each category of member will be required to pay the amount applicable, as an annual subscription to the GPA. Such fees shall be revised by the GPA from time to time as the Association may see fit.
